Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Every piece is handmade and dispatched from our atelier by DHL Express, fully insured with signature confirmation and active tracking. Pieces marked as ready are normally dispatched within 3 to 7 business days of payment confirmation, and you will receive your white-glove tracking details by email.
Shipping Cost
Shipping and insurance are paid by the buyer. The cost depends on your international destination and is calculated at checkout before payment. For destinations without a direct automated rate, our concierge will provide an individual quote together with a secure checkout link.
Delivery Times
Express courier transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination customs clearance. These are standard courier estimates.
Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local import taxes assessed by destination countries. These are the responsibility of the acquiring collector and are handled directly by the carrier upon delivery.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your bespoke parcel immediately upon arrival. If damage has occurred during transport, notify concierge@altervoid.com within 48 hours with comprehensive photographs of both the outer transit casing and the garment, and our atelier will process the insurance claim directly with the carrier.
Returns
Because each piece is an unrepeatable, handmade 1-of-1 original, we ask collectors to choose with intention. You may initiate a return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unaltered, in pristine original condition, and accompanied by its official Certificate of Authenticity with unbroken seals. Return insured shipping is the responsibility of the client. Bespoke commissions tailored to custom sizing are strictly final sale.
Collector Privacy
We collect solely the data necessary to fulfill your acquisition and correspond with you: legal collector name, email address, physical delivery address, and archive registry records.
Payments: Online card and wallet payments are processed directly by PayPal. Our systems never store or have access to raw payment card information.
Confidentiality: Collector identity and acquisition history are held strictly private and never monetized or distributed to outside third parties, except as strictly required for courier logistics and payment clearing.
Collector Rights: You may request full access to, rectification of, or deletion of your contact records at any time by contacting concierge@altervoid.com.
Terms of Acquisition
Strictly 1-of-1: Each specimen is an unrepeatable original work of art. Acquisitions are confirmed on a first-cleared-payment basis. Once a piece is marked Acquired, it is permanently retired to private collection archives.
Pricing & Currencies: All acquisitions are denominated and settled in US Dollars (USD). Indicative conversions in EUR, GBP, CAD, or BRL are provided for collector convenience; the final invoice charge is processed in USD.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA): Every original piece is delivered with an official registered Certificate of Authenticity bearing a unique archive serial number verifiable on our public ledger.
Handcrafted Variance: Hand distressing, graffiti painting, and textile aging are intrinsic characteristics of couture wearable art. Studio photography reflects true lighting conditions, with minor tone variance possible across differing display panels.
Intellectual Property: All designs, imagery, brand marks, and artworks are the exclusive property of ALTERVOID Atelier and protected under international copyright treaties.
